Your search, my full attention, for three months.

Ascension is private coaching with one outcome attached to it. Not general career advice, not a curriculum you work through alone. Every session is built around your field, your target roles, the specific conversations in front of you this week, and the way you are currently coming across in them.

We work on how you talk about your value, who you build relationships with, how you get referred instead of screened, how you handle the interview, and what you say when the number comes up.

I spent over a decade as a recruiter deciding who moved forward. You get that perspective applied directly to your search, in real time, while it is still possible to change the outcome.

High paying and high flexibility are not a trade. They go to the same person, and it is the one who is clearly worth it.

How the three months move

Eight private sessions, in three deliberate acts.

Month one

Position

We establish what you are exceptional at and how to say it so it lands. Your value, your story, your target roles and the companies worth your time, plus the language of every material you send out. By the end of this month, you sound like someone worth pursuing.

Month two

Access

We open the doors that portals never will. Strategic relationships, warm introductions, conversations with the people who actually decide, and the specific approach that gets you referred in rather than screened out. This is where the best roles live.

Month three

Offer

Interview preparation and live rehearsal, the debrief after every conversation, and the negotiation. What to ask for, how to ask, and how to hold the silence after you name your number. We finish with you choosing, not hoping.

Daily access. Support between sessions is by email, which keeps this focused and keeps the investment where it is.
A resume service. Your materials will improve, but the work is positioning, access and negotiation.

How is this different from Chosen?

Chosen is the group experience: four live sessions, six weeks of Voxer, two private sessions, at $3,333. Ascension is entirely private. Eight sessions built only around you, over three months, with my attention on your specific search the whole way.

How is this different from RISE?

RISE is six months of executive coaching for becoming known and leading in your industry. Ascension has one job: landing the role you want, at the pay and flexibility you want. Different goal, different length, different investment.

How does the email access work?

Between sessions you can send me the message before you send it, the job description you are unsure about, or the offer that just landed. I reply on weekdays. It keeps momentum between calls without either of us living in a chat thread.

How often do we meet?

Eight sessions across three months, which usually lands at roughly every other week. We can weight them toward the front while we build your positioning, or hold a few back for a heavy interview stretch. That is your call.

What if I land the role in month one?

Excellent, and it happens. We use the remaining sessions on the negotiation, the transition and your first ninety days, so you arrive positioned instead of just hired.

I'm still employed. Can I do this quietly?

Yes, and most people do. Everything is confidential, the work fits in the margins of your week, and nothing requires you to signal anything before you are ready.

What happens after I apply?

You complete a short application. If it looks like a fit, we meet privately to talk through where you are and what you want. If we both feel it, you are in, and we begin within two weeks.
